Arbor Pay

All payments and top up accounts for trips and meals should be made by simply logging into the Parent Portal.  If your child pays for their meals in cash they can still bring this in to school and top up at the cash loader.

What do I need to do?

If you have not already done so, you will need to set up your account on the Arbor Parent Portal by using this link https://thomas-alleyne-academy.uk.arbor.sc/ and selecting ‘First Time Logging In’.  There is also information about how to set-up and use the portal on our website page Arbor Parent Portal. You can also request a new link from the office.

Card Payment Authentication

When you make an online payment, SCA requires you to verify that you are who you say you are. In Arbor, this means users or parents will need to complete an extra step to verify the transaction when making a payment through the Parent Portal or Arbor App.

Some small payments under £30 may be exempt from Strong Customer Authentication because they are low-risk. This means that users may not need to complete the extra step of authorisation for every transaction they make.

See account balances and make payments

On the main Arbor page, you can see your children’s meal accounts.

You can also select the menu icon then click Payments . Click an account to see more information, or top up.

If you are paying for more than one child you can add payments to your basket to allow you to pay for trips and meals or other account top-ups all in one household in one payment. Please note that this feature is not currently available on the Arbor App. To use the basket feature, you'll need to be logged into the Parent Portal on a computer. You can continue to make payments individually on the Arbor App.
